Description Traffic Management Operative - TMO Covering- Midlands, Staffs, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire areas We are looking for experienced Traffic Management Operatives that are searching for a new challenge to come and join the Telent Traffic Team. We have several vacancies for candidates to join our continually expanding Midlands based Traffic team. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic and driven candidates to assist us in providing Traffic Management support across a range of contracts. Responsibilities · Deploying Traffic Management on both planned and reactive works · Picking equipment in preparation for works · Basic sign repairs · Battery switch outs · Permanent signal switch offs · Providing onsite assistance to the installation teams · Loading equipment onto vehicles · Basic housekeeping around the yard Experience · Self-motivation and good work ethic · Full clean driving licence · Good attitude towards pressure · Good communication experience · Basic mechanical knowledge Essential Requirements · A valid and clean driving licence · NHSS Lantra 12D M1,2&5 · Previous experience of working on urban roads.
