This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage and grow the company’s Hospitality Recruitment sector, building relationships with hospitality venues across the picturesque Cotswolds. As the Hospitality Recruitment Partner, you will work closely with the Managing Director and collaborate with our Private Household and Office & Professional teams to deliver exceptional service to our candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities Actively develop relationships with hospitality businesses across the Cotswolds. Promote and sell the company’s recruitment services and advertising packages to drive revenue growth. Advertise vacancies effectively across internal and external platforms to attract quality candidates. Identify, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for vacancies. Provide consultative support to clients, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring their needs are met. Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with clients and candidates to maintain a smooth interview and placement process. Maintain detailed and accurate records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Negotiate terms and agreements with new clients. Key Requirements and Skills A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or account management, preferably within the hospitality sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital advertising platforms. A proactive, "can-do" attitude and commitment to delivering excellent results.
