Our client is looking for a sales executive to join their new Car Supermarket based in Barnet (500+ used vehicles in group stock).
You will have unlimited earning opportunities with the uncapped OTE. With a competitive basic salary and a more than achievable first year Basic + OTE of £60,000.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Automotive sales or proven sales experience in a customer-centric role from a different industry (you'll get all the training you need to make a successful switch).
What will you be doing?
1. Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions from our existing/incoming stock range.
2. Provide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculations.
3. Inform customers of additional services we offer including finance, insurance, accessories and service plans.
4. Negotiate terms of sales, part exchanges and close deals.
5. Deal with after sales queries and handle these with a customer first approach.
6. Other administrative and hands-on tasks in the business will be required when needed as we are still in a startup environment.
What do you need for this role?

The Package
Salary: Up to £20,000 Basic, £60,000-£80,000 First Year OTE uncapped.
The Hours
1. Week 1: 6 day working week (1 weekday off).
2. Week 2: 5 day working week, 2 days off (2 weekdays off).
3. Monday to Friday: 08:45 - 18:00.
4. Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00.
