We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Goods In/Warehouse Team Leader to join their dedicated team. About the Role: As a Goods In/Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing a variety of key operations within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Goods In: Receiving, inspecting, and allocating goods within the warehouse. This process is currently manual, but we are looking to streamline and automate it within the next year. Warehouse Operations: Picking, packing, and moving materials and products within the warehouse and to production. Inventory Management: Regular quality checks, cycle counts, and assisting with the annual full inventory stock take. Team Leadership: Overseeing and supporting your team. Logistics & Production Support: Providing assistance during peak operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in Goods In operations. Previous team leader experience in an industrial environment. A valid Forklift License (ideally max 4T Reach). Flexibility to work across two sites (High Wycombe and Aylesbury). A full UK driving license. A proactive can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example. Physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks, including lifting, bending, loading, unloading, and being on your feet for most of the day. Working Hours & Pay: Hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30 to 16:30 and 08:00 to 14:15 on Friday. Some flexibility on these working times will be needed. Minimum 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
