Hybrid (Monday – Friday 37.5 hours)

We are looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join a well-established sales team. The company specialises in B2B sales supporting businesses across the UK.
The Role
* Managing inbound and outbound sales interactions with clients and sales teams.
* Negotiating rates and guiding clients through a compliant sales process.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.
* Meeting KPIs including advances, business development, and lead generation.
* Managing your own sales pipeline while working collaboratively with the team.
What we need from you
* Experience in a customer-facing sales role is ideal, particularly within financial services. However, we welcome applicants with a strong aptitude for sales, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive and target-driven mindset.
* Good numeracy, accuracy, and IT literacy.
* The ability to prioritise and manage multiple client demands.
* A-levels/BTEC minimum.
Monday – Friday 37.5 hours
Hybrid working model (up to two days from home after training)
25 days holidays + bank holiday (increasing to 28 days with service)
