The site currently offers a Monday-Friday 07:30-17:30 or 07:30-18:30
Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays 08:30-17:30
This position is full time,youll receive an annual salary up to £40,211 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
* Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients
* Undertake reception screening
* se your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse led clinics to your patient group whilst being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
