Invoicing for permanent and contract placements, timesheet management, and payment processing for contractors. Client and Contractor Liaison. Providing support and fostering relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. Credit Control Managing global credit control processes, maintaining debtor days, and conducting credit reports for new business. Bookkeeping Overseeing purchase ledger and bank reconciliations, and managing the fixed asset register. VAT Returns Preparing VAT returns for the UK and overseas markets. Management Reporting Assisting in the preparation of management accounts, consolidation, and profit centre management. Qualifications & Skills: AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification. 2-3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in roles such as Accounts Assistant, Accounting Associate,, Pay and Bill Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar. Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and double-entry accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organisational, numerical, and analytical skills.
