The KS1 Class Teacher role:
1. Must have Qualified Teacher Status.
2. Proven track record of excellent standards of teaching in previous UK based teaching roles.
3. Identify clear teaching objectives and learning outcomes, with appropriate challenge and high expectations regarding assessment criteria.
4. Set challenging tasks for children and maintain high levels of interest.
5. Organise & manage groups or individual children, ensuring differentiation of learning requirements and identifying SEN.
6. Set clear targets and build on prior attainment.
7. Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encourage good practice regarding punctuality, behaviour, standards of work, and homework.
