A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Consultant to join a company based in Slough on a temporary basis.
Working for the world's leading provider of air purification and experiential fragrance for business and home, this company enhances environments in 119 countries and creates experiences worth sharing.
The customers for this business range from luxury hotels, large retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centres, and many more!
Responsibilities:
1. This role reports into the Service Manager and sits in a team of 3, which is part of the wider Operations Team. You will be supporting 20 field engineers, ensuring that all customers receive their services as contractually agreed.
2. This is not an external customer-facing role, but it does require you to build relationships with the engineers, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, has a robust nature, and a good sense of humour!
3. 95% of the services are pre-planned maintenance calls, but there will be a small element of scheduling emergency call outs and emailing customers to set these up.
Requirements:
1. Experience in dispatch and scheduling is ideal, preferably within the shipping, supply chain, retail, or logistics industries.
2. Experience with Salesforce is ideal but not essential.
3. You must be able to start ASAP and be happy to be based on-site in Slough 5 days per week.
