1. Clearing SATR Dashboard, track information uploaded and update Practice Management with notes
2. Manage Client folders, download and upload documents to the portal for approval and scanned into Invu
3. Assist clients with portal admin queries, prompting them to approve documents using the reminder facility
4. Tidying portal to include removing old data and getting ready for new year
5. Maintaining database to include up to date email addresses, addresses, contact details etc.
6. Scanning incoming tax records received by post
7. Maintain practice management job stages
8. Preparing tax letters and checklists
9. Requesting document information
10. Maintain SATR letter templates and checklists and ensure all offices are using correct templates
11. Invu Document Management Filing
12. Returning client records to clients
13. Assisting with SATR billing
14. Email and telephone reminders to clients for records and approval of documents
15. Compliance to include engagements letters, ID verification and updating Z10 on PM
16. Assisting with the onboarding of new clients to include data collection, input, compliance
17. Update management on job stage progression and SATR preparation
18. Assist with the VAT MTD sign up process
19. Company Secretarial duties including company formations and submission of confirmation statements
20. Iris Database Maintenance
21. Workflow reporting for Directors and Managers.
