Job Purpose:
To assist the Senior HR Officer in providing a high quality Human Resources (HR) service to the Organisation, its staff and other customers.
The post-holder will be initially based in the Retained Recruitment I Job Evaluation Team and carry out the administrative duties of the post, in line with the procedures of the office whilst adhering to best practice principles. This will include processing actions related to Retained Recruitment and Job Evaluation within the appropriate timescales.
The team is responsible for the provision of professional advice to Managers, staff and clients in relation to all aspects of retained recruitment and job evaluation processes.
Job Description:
* To provide professional advice to managers I staff or client groups and throughout the organisation on all aspects related to recruitment and evaluation processes.
* To provide assistance to the Senior Human Resources officer in the completion of their duties.
* To ensure that the appropriate procedures in respect of recruitment/evaluation activity are implemented in an accurate and timely manner
* Receive and resolve first level queries regarding retained recruitment/job evaluation issues from managers, staff and client organisations ensuring that any blockages or delays in the system are identified and cascaded in a timely manner to the Senior Team.
