As Sales Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Providing quotations and following up with customers
2. Updating customers on order progress
3. Liaising with internal departments to ensure accurate delivery times
4. Updating CRM system with customer data
Key skills of the Sales Administrator:
1. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Organisation and planning skills
