Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant
Our city centre-based Government client is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time role lasting up to 3 months, working 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday during normal core hours.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the inbox for the director
2. Arrange travel plans
3. Prioritize and plan both urgent and routine tasks
4. Alert the director to urgent matters
5. Provide secretarial support across the directorate
6. Assist the Director with general support as needed
