The Role
The role will see you joining a strong and established team, dealing with a varied caseload of matters, including but not limited to wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate and administration of estates, creation of trusts, powers of attorney, and deputyship.
As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence over the success of the department. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone that may have hit a glass ceiling in their current role, with partnership on the table for the right candidate.
Requirements:
1. You will be a private client solicitor with at least 6 years PQE
2. You will have solid knowledge and experience across all aspects of private client law and personal wealth services
3. You will have a proven track record in business development & a history of strong billings
4. You will be confident in managing your own busy caseload of matters, delegating to junior fee-earners and the ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
5. You will be highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
