Salary: £70,000 D.O.E. + Car Allowance (With Two Annual Pay Rises)

Our client, a leading Main Contractor, is recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to work underneath the Project Director on a £250m RC Frame project in the Midlands. An exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Midlands region to work below the Project Director on a project within the Build arena. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate. My client enjoys a turnover of c£500 million.
About The Role:
The Senior Site Manager will be required to oversee the large package of works which will be mainly focused on RC structure as part of a £250m project which consists of 5 MEP Tunnel Headhouses. As a Senior Site Manager, you will lead and manage the on-site team of Sub-Contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the client requirements, project programmes, and budgeted costs. You will liaise with the Contracts Manager & Project Coordinator to drive a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site, manage hazards & risks, ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites, and monitor the progress of the project programme. Build an understanding of the project budgets to drive efficiencies and oversee contractor performance. All future work, secured and upcoming, is regionalized to the Midlands/Greater Midlands area.
About You:
• Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a Main Contractor, specifically on Design and Build; as well as sound knowledge of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract.
• Experience with RC Framework
• Experience in MEP head houses
• SMSTS
