You will coach, train and motivate a team of customer service representatives as they answer questions, handle complaints, and provide support for Veolia customers. The Customer Experience Supervisor will assist in hiring and training employees, monitoring, supporting and guiding the representatives progress, and coaching them to cultivate knowledge and skills to provide an excellent customer service experience to Veolia customers. What are we looking for? Previous, proven team management experience, including coaching skills, ideally within a contact centre environment Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations with excellent telephone etiquette You will be an energetic and motivating individual, bringing creative thinking and attention to detail to the role Excellent written & verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work under pressure You will be focused and self motivated, as well as patient and able to effectively handle conflict situations and provide empathy What's next?
