You must be driven proactive and make sure all team members are supported with training and development in the role.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nDay to day team management, being point of contact for general needs and requests of team\nMotivate and support team members through regular communication and feedback\nDeliver training and coaching sessions to support personal development\nBuild strong client partnerships, ensuring regular and effective communication\nBuild and manage pipelines, ensuring consistent client contact and retention\nTake ownership of team KPIs and targets\nMonitor and enforce compliance to company policies and procedures\nDeal with escalations, finding solutions and resolutions\nMonitor campaigns to exceed expectations, making continual progress and implementing solutions for improvement where needed\n\nSkills and Experience\n\nHas experience managing teams and achieving performance targets\nThrives in a fast-paced, client-focused sales environment\nDemonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills\nShows initiative, motivation, and a positive, solution-driven attitude\nIs committed to personal development and progression\n\nWorking Hours\n\nMonday to Friday\n8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday\n8.30am – 3pm Friday\n\nSalary and Reward\n\n£30,000 basic + OTE\nFlexitime\nRegular Incentives & Rewards\nSubsidised Gym Membership\nFree Lunch Friday\nDress Down\nPool Table
