Who You Are We are seeking an experienced Social Worker with extensive experience across the child welfare system, particularly in child protection and court proceedings. You should have a strong ability to work in a strength-based manner with children and their families to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Being registered with Social Work England without any annotations or restrictions on practice is essential, along with possessing a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. A full driver's license and access to a vehicle are required. What the Job Involves You will be responsible for working within the NYC defined practice model, which emphasizes systemic principles, signs of safety, and family-seeing methodology. Your role will involve effective communication and collaboration with the child's network, multi-agency partners, and team colleagues to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. This is an office-based assignment with working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
