This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a background in family law to provide comprehensive support to a dynamic team of family and matrimonial solicitors. Responsibilities Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and court forms related to family and matrimonial cases. Managing client files, ensuring all information is accurately maintained and easily accessible. Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for solicitors. Communicating with clients, offering assistance with queries in a sensitive and professional manner. Assisting with case preparation, including gathering documents, preparing bundles, and coordinating with courts. Key Requirements Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally in family and matrimonial law. Proficiency in legal document management systems and MS Office Suite. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
