We are looking to recruit a strategic Registered Manager to oversee the continued growth and evolution of our client's established Homecare and Live in Care business covering Lancaster and surrounding Lancashire areas.
Registered Manager (Homecare & Live-in Care)

Salary £45k - £50k + Bonus

You will be joining a family owned business focused on delivering an exceptionally high quality Homecare and Live in Care service, but equally a business that is continually looking to evolve and improve its service levels.
This would form a key part of your role as Registered Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility of leading the service from its current Good CQC rating to an Outstanding rating, ensuring that its foundations are solid to allow the business to grow from its current 600 hours of Domiciliary Care per week.
Duties
You will lead and help to develop the existing Staff team (10 Office staff and 60 Care staff), moulding them together and ensuring the team works together to achieve the vision of an Outstanding CQC Service, not only for the badge of honour that this brings but also through the knowledge that every client does receive the highest standard of care consistently, delivered by an amazing care team.

Criteria
* Excellent business management, marketing and business development skills
* Proven record as Registered Manager
* Excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate their ability to motivate, and influence the team
* Experience and able to demonstrate performance managing a staff team effectively
* Level 5 in Health & Social Care or Equivalent
