Why be a Country Executive Portugal at THG?
1. Manage the Myprotein Portuguese website's overall performance, including sales, key metrics, and customer database growth, using analytics to optimize the customer journey and sales strategy.
2. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, manage the Portuguese Influencer Database, and source new talent to enhance brand recognition and performance.
3. Drive traffic to the website through innovative strategies, working closely with the central digital marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and cost-efficiency.
4. Analyze customer behavior and trends, sharing insights to inform strategy, and develop CRM initiatives to grow the customer database.
5. Optimize website content and merchandising, collaborating with design and editorial teams to create engaging product pages and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
6. Plan and execute on-site promotions, ensuring competitive pricing and meeting gross profit targets while aligning with monthly commercial goals.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
7. Fluent Portuguese and English speaker both written & spoken
8. University Degree preferred
9. Experience in a similar online trading role is preferred
10. Strong academic track record
11. Strong interest in Digital marketing channels, SEO and e-commerce
12. Proven communication and influencing skills
13. Commercially astute, ambitious, and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
14. Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making
15. Interest and understanding of the health & nutrition sector strongly desired
