Children's Residential Support Worker / Manchester (Droylsden)

I am looking for a Support Worker to join a national organisation that provides residential support to children and young people in services across the country.
The service is based in East Manchester - Droylsden.
Job Details:
* Supporting in a 7 bedded, children's residential care home
* Providing OFSTED regulated care and support to children, working within a staff team to provide 24/7 support
* Supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and autism
* Provide support and care to children at the home, in the community and within a specialist school that the children attend
* Offer personal care when required
* Medication distribution
* Manage and update care plans for each young person
* Support at bedtimes, meal times, assisting with meal prep and other domestic chores
Pay and Benefits
* £9.90 - £10.40 (top end if level 3 in children and young people qualified)
* + £63 per sleep
* Full induction paid

* 28 days of annual leave
Hours:
* Full-time, permanent contract
* 39 hours contract per week
* A mixture of early, late and long day shifts, + sleeps
* Average 2-8 sleep-ins shifts per month
Requirements:
* Support Worker experience
* Ideally, level 3 in children and young people
