DVLA Enforcement Officer Tuesday - Saturday We are looking for a DVLA Enforcement Officer to join our team Here at NSL, we are not just the “parking people”, but market leaders in our industry. What you will be doing: In this role you will be removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. Liaising with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines. Advising the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle. Working alongside other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSA. Dealing with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available. Ensuring all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager. Completing daily reports regarding activities What we are looking for: Full UK Driving Licence Excellent communication skills Self-motivated Customer focused Ability to work shifts Ability to work on own initiative Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential What’s in it for you?
