Location: Office-based, Surrey (hybrid working potential after 6 week probation) Hours: 40 hours per week (working pattern to be discussed) Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 DOE Contract: 12-month maternity cover to perm Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Management Administrator to join a dynamic and professional team in the block management sector. This role involves handling administrative tasks, liaising with leaseholders and solicitors, and ensuring smooth property transactions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume inbox while maintaining excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle all administrative tasks related to emails and calls, prioritizing a high-volume inbox. Assist a Director in providing sales packs to solicitors for leaseholder property sales. Communicate professionally with leaseholders, Directors, and third parties via phone and email. Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) proficiently. Update and maintain records on database systems (e.g., Blocks Online). Ensure all property sale requirements are met, issuing completion certificates under guidance. Work effectively as part of a team, both in-person and remotely using technology. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Work towards achieving set KPIs. Assist in arrears recovery for service charges and setting small site budgets (training provided). Experience & Personality Requirements: ✅ Highly organized with excellent communication skills. ✅ Strong attention to detail, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar. ✅ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working in a team. ✅ Comfortable working at pace on a computer without compromising accuracy. ✅ Eager to learn new processes and ask for support when needed. ✅ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude. ✅ Adaptable to changing priorities and able to multitask effectively. ✅ Enthusiastic about understanding technical processes and improving workflows. ✅ Prior experience in property management or block management is beneficial but not essential.
