About the Role:
Full-time, long-term position - £95-£110 per day (term time only position)
Behaviour Mentor to secondary school students with behavioural, emotional and/or mental health challenges (SEMH)
Students can also have issues around self-esteem, low confidence, interpersonal skills, and poor emotional regulation
Ideal role for a diplomatic, calm, patient 'role model’ Teaching Assistant who, ideally, has previously worked in challenging situations
Patient, personable, highly dependable, able to work in confidence, professional outlook
PRU for students with SEMH needs, located in Merton
While previous experience is preferred, it is by no means essential. We value qualities such as empathy, a firm but fair approach and the ability to provide calm and measured support in challenging circumstances.
