CA Case Management is a specialist provider of case management services to clients with acquired brain injury, some of whom are also in receipt of CQC regulated Homecare services managed by us.
This service accepts instructions from a range of professionals including personal injury and clinical negligence lawyers, insurance companies and Court Appointed Deputies for both adults and children.

Job Opportunity Key Responsibilities: To hold the CQC Registration for both Personal Care and TDDI The Registered Manager will have wide-ranging responsibilities across these key areas: Compliance: To maintain safe CQC registration To ensure the service meets and exceeds the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities), and the Care Quality Commission guidance 'Essential Standards of Quality & Safety' To ensure we provide Homecare to our clients which is safe, effective, well-led and responsive To facilitate the delivery of person-centered care that promotes independence, choice and dignity to empower people to live as independently as possible To ensure care services are structured in a way that provides flexibility, reliability, accessibility and continuity To ensure care and support packages are carefully assessed, with funding proposals prepared and agreed by the funder To ensure all Homecare staff are safely recruited, supervised, and supported throughout their employment To ensure any safety concerns or clinical risks are appropriately reported and managed (inclusive of learning on safeguarding, CQC notifications and other statutory obligations) Quality Assurance: To oversee good and safe practice in all Homecare activities relating to client care by putting systems in place to robustly assess, provide, record, monitor and evaluate care and services provided To ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders with regard to the provision of Homecare services including solicitors, Deputies, clients and their relatives, insurance providers and Human Resource experts To implement and maintain an effective quality assurance program (including audits and surveys) to promote high quality, best practice and continuous improvement of services Team Management and Leadership To manage direct reports from the Homecare team, including leading on recruitment, induction, probation, training, supervision and appraisals of the Homecare team To ensure there is a coordinated and consistent approach to service provision that is cost effective and efficient To be routinely involved in leading safe services to the care and support staff in conjunction with the employer: safe recruitment and selection, training, supervision, appraisals, disciplinary/capability procedures, absence management When necessary and in conjunction with Head of Clinical Support services to arrange and attend regular Homecare service review and planning meetings Benefits 25 days annual leave Your birthday off 6% company pension contribution Bike to Work Scheme Medicash Health plan Enhanced Maternity/Paternity/Adoption and Shared Parental leave 2 voluntary days per year Long Service Awards Employee Wellbeing Seminars CPD opportunities Professional memberships paid for (role dependent) Essential Skills Essential Requirements: To have held CQC RM registration 2 years minimum experience working within a CQC regulated service.
Knowledge and understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards of the service Working knowledge of CQC requirements Be able to meet CQC Registered Manager requirements Formal healthcare qualification and relevant current registration (NMC, HCPC) Full UK Driving License and access to your vehicle Desirable Requirements: Operational management capacity in a health and social care setting Experience of managing a home care service Knowledge of Case Management, including the litigation process, and working with Court appointed Deputies This role would suit a qualified Nurse, a nurse Registered Manager, a Homecare Nurse Manager or similar.
