We are looking for an individual with initiative and enthusiasm to join our dedicated team here at Kintyre Care Centre. You should be motivated, creative and enthusiastic and have a positive and flexible outlook to your work.
In Kintyre Care Centre we provide support to adults who have a range of complex physical and mental health needs. Applicants must share our values, be able to work well in a team and on their own.
You will be part of a friendly, supportive team working towards individuals person centred plan, support them to maintain as much independence as possible, be more involved in the local community and support them to meet their goals and aspirations in life.
We believe in developing all our staff and will provide training of which the candidate will be supported by regular meetings and supervision.
The successful applicant will have key working responsibilities and should have a knowledge of computers.
The candidate will be required to register with the SSSC and achieve necessary qualifications, maintain their registration, comply with and meet the standards specific to this role.
Experience of working in elderly care is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided.
