You will be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Youll work alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, minor illness nurses, and our dedicated practice nurse team, with additional support from skilled managerial, dispensing, reception, and administrative staff. As a Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, utilising your experience in General Practice Nursing, minor illness, and chronic disease management. Key Responsibilities Routine immunisation schedules Cervical screening Contraception reviews and family planning Travel vaccinations Chronic disease management Dementia reviews Cancer care reviews Health promotion and disease management Candidates must have experience in these areas to be considered.
