7. Confidently execute small scale store events
8. Overseeing efficient functioning of the pop up activation.
9. Monitoring/managing the sales floor to maximise profitability.
10. Visual merchandising the space to ensure a commercial yet creative visual proposition.

The ideal candidate will have:
12. A strong sales background
13. Knowledge of best practice in retail standards and customer service
14. Ability to work under own initiative as well as in a team
15. Strong problem solving skills
16. Strong communication skills with significant customer experience and an enthusiastic selling personality
17. Fluency in English
18. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
19. Experience in clienteling
20. Experience in community-building activities and events
21. Experience in Visual Merchandising and display
