You’re flexible too – able to cover store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
3. Support team development and performance management.
4. Implement sales strategies and ensure store standards are met.
5. Manage store opening hours on a rota basis.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Strong retail experience.
2. Excellent communication and people skills.
3. Ability to work flexible hours.
4. Enthusiasm for home improvement.
