To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Communications & Engagement Lead for the Group to come and join our team at Head Office, Ibstock, LE67 6HS As the Communications & Engagement Lead for the Group, you will be a strategic business partner, driving organisational success through impactful communications and engagement initiatives - with a strong focus on purpose, culture and connection to the ‘North Star’ ambitions. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual who can confidently navigate through complexities, while proactively shaping and delivering the communications agenda. Key Accountabilities: Develop and execute comprehensive internal (and some) external communications strategies aligned with business priorities and cultural transformation initiatives Support the embedding of business culture change, highlighting benefits and aligning with the organisation's purpose, values, and strategy Proactively partner with key stakeholders to communicate and implement critical business initiatives, projects, and cultural shifts Lead the continuous improvement of communication channels, ensuring modern and user-friendly delivery of information that supports culture change Collaborate closely with people team and senior leaders to drive high levels of employee engagement through strategic communications and connection opportunities Lead the implementation of best practices in internal communications and engagement, particularly to offline audiences Ensure consistent and coherence of messaging across the organisation, acting as a guardian of the company's tone of voice Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication, offering data-driven insights and recommendations Deliver regular updates on the progress of culture change initiatives, celebrating milestones and addressing challenges Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in developing and implementing effective communication strategies for culture change in complex organisational environments Proven track record of successfully managing and communicating organisational culture shifts Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create compelling, audience-tailored content that supports cultural transformation and aligns with the business tone of voice Think you can make a difference?
