What you will do in your working day
* You'll start a training scheme, with support and guidance from master butchers with decades of industry experience.
* Over two years of intense training, you'll learn to butcher pork in line with various customers' specifications - ensuring the highest levels of food quality & safety
* You'll develop excellent knife skills which you'll apply on a daily basis, making you an extremely valuable asset to our business.
* You will become part of a unique team, making life-long friends and taking inspiration from the industry leaders
* You'll develop a variety of life skills which will help shape you as a professional in the UK's largest manufacturing sector
The training you will be getting
Butcher level 2.
You'll embark in a two-year training scheme with Bishop Burton College, allowing you to become a skilled butcher.

Fully qualified Butcher - Gaurenteed Full-Time Employment - Increase pay structure.
