Title: Key Account Manager
Salary: €40-45k + €15k commission
Responsibilities:
* Create a sales plan for the designated sales territory
* Your key focus will be within the Latin America and Brazil region, however, you may also be asked to work across global accounts and collaborate with sales teams in other geographies to ensure the best solution.
* Generate sales through the development and maintenance of tactical and strategic relationships with customers
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times and ensure that you are in continuous communication with your key customers.
* Draft great proposals, using available sales resources and information gathered through research and customer interaction.
* Ensure that all leads and contacts are contacted in a timely and professional manner
* Meet your sales goals and work in line with KPIs
* Collaboration with all other internal teams
* Work with the digital team to understand our media proposition and adjust it to our clients' needs
* Develop knowledge of the industry and its professional network. Attend related meetings and events.
Skills and experience:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales and/or media services.
* Bilingual in Portuguese (preferably from Brazil)
* Experience with event sponsorship sales and advertising.
* High level of interpersonal skills, professional confidence, and tenacity
* Good organizational and time management skills
* .Strong sense of customer service and customer management
* Excellent communication skills; to communicate technical information to all audiences
* University education or equivalent
* Able to travel to designated events
