Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in line with the national curriculum. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their potential. Assess, record, and report on the progress and development of students. Support students in their academic journey, helping them to prepare for GCSE and A-Level exams. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the best learning outcomes. Participate in department meetings, extra-curricular activities, and school events. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Physics or a related field. Strong knowledge of the KS3, KS4, and KS5 Physics curriculum. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for teaching and the ability to engage and motivate students. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Desirable: Experience teaching Physics at both GCSE and A-Level. A commitment to continued professional development.
