Role Summary
The Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee social marketing campaigns, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. They will work with creative, strategy, and content teams to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Primary contact for clients, building long-term relationships.
* Campaign Management: Oversee all stages of social media campaigns.
* Project Coordination: Collaborate with teams to deliver campaigns, managing timelines and budgets.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyse campaign data and provide insights.
* Strategy Development: Contribute to social media strategies.
* Client Communication: Lead client meetings and address needs.
* New Business Development: Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to proposals.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience: 2-3 years in account management within a social/digital marketing agency.
* Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of social platforms, trends, and paid media.
* Project Management: Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and customer service.
* Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analytics tools.
* Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable.
* Problem-Solving: Resourceful and efficient.
* Education: Degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred but not essential
