Key Responsibilities: Carry out repairs and restoration of buses following accidents or damage. Assess and evaluate the damage to vehicles, creating detailed reports on required work. Use your expert skills to carry out structural and bodywork repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Work with a range of materials, including steel, aluminium, and composite materials, to rebuild and repair bus bodies. Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and comply with industry regulations. Collaborate closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and part usage. Ensure work is completed in a timely manner, with a strong focus on quality and safety.Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Coachbuilder, with specific experience in repairing buses or similar vehicles. Strong knowledge of bus bodywork, including structural and cosmetic repairs. Skilled in welding, fabrication, and using a variety of materials for repairs. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards. Ability to assess vehicle damage and implement effective repair solutions. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
