The importance of this key role is paramount to Sandal; being one of the largest privately owned BMW/MINI Retailers in the area, our aim is to deliver a premium service. Reporting directly to the Service Controller, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries, progressing work through our Aftersales department, and invoicing once completed.
You will be a bright professional, with extensive retail experience in Customer Service, who has the ability to plan ahead and maintain good levels of communication with other team members and customers alike. You will also ensure our business potential is maximised and we exceed the expectations of our customers. A full driving licence is essential.
As you would expect with a position of this importance, the training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy.
