Main duties and responsibilities Book in and process all returns, warranty and chargeable, through the repair system and out to dispatch. Use of company systems such as Salesforce Respond to and resolve repairs queries received by phone or email. Supply sub-assembly parts and information to authorised repair centres and distributors. Ensure compliance with health and safety at all times. Other duties as and when required by the business. Required experience, skill and knowledge Proven customer support experience ideally gained in a manufacturer repairs or warranties environment. Previous administration experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills Good organisation skills, as well as ensuring that others meet deadlines and standards. Good attention to detail. Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office software and CRM systems.
