In this role, you'll support the Head of M&E and act as an escalation point for Customer Managers, driving M&E performance across all localities. You'll lead indirectly, influencing teams without direct line management.
We seek someone with a proven track record in leading repair or servicing teams, developing and executing operational plans, and collaborating effectively to align work with customer journeys. You'll use data to make smart decisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving service improvements.
Your project management skills and technical knowledge of building, electrical, and gas regulations, along with a deep understanding of health and safety, are crucial. You'll model our company DNA, build strong relationships, and create effective, engaged teams.
