Are you an experienced CQC Registered Manager or Operations Manager looking for a new challenge?
Our client, a leading provider of complex care and support in the home, is seeking to add an experienced Registered Manager to their Denton office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake all duties of the CQC Registered Manager's role under the CQC regulations.
2. Line management and supervision of staff team including nursing team.
3. Responsible for accidents, incidents, and complaints management within the service.
4. Lead on recruitment and retention of care staff to deliver outstanding service.
5. Establish and maintain robust operational procedures in the office to ensure high-quality service delivery.
6. Budget delivery.
7. Overall responsibility for the safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and procedures.
8. Oversee all new service user mobilisations.
9. Participating in meetings and forums to assess service provision.
Required Experience:
1. Previous held a CQC Registration or strong CQC knowledge and willing to take on the registration.
2. Experience working with complex care conditions such as SCI, brain injury, ventilation & airway management as well as neurological conditions such as MND and MS.
3. Previous experience of managing both operational and clinical teams.
4. Operational leadership experience within the complex care sector.
5. Valid UK driving License and own vehicle.
6. Experience in complex care is advantageous.
Package and Benefits:
1. Salary of £60k - £65k DOE.
