The role of Office Manager:
* Ensure office efficiency by managing supplies, contractors, and facilities
* Support senior leaders with diary management, expenses, and travel arrangements
* Manage internal communications to share important information effectively
* Provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors, leaving a lasting impression
* Assist the team with travel arrangements and miscellaneous requests
* Support HR administration and company-wide events
* Generate new ideas to enhance our workspace, even when faced with differing opinions
The ideal Office Manager:
* Experience in office management preferred
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent relationship-building abilities
