As a talent manager, you’ll have the freedom to source and manage your own deals and clients - the only limit to your success (and earning potential) is you. This role is suitable for someone with experience in talent management and a keen interest in social media. If you are from a digital marketing / account management / B2B sales background you could also be a great match. About The Role
This role is an opportunity to build your own roster of talent. You can think of it as running your own micro-business, where you’ll onboard successful talent with large audiences, representing them day-to-day, finding deals and negotiating contracts on their behalf.
You’ll build and manage their monetisation strategy - sourcing, negotiating and closing partnership opportunities with some of the globe's leading brands. Your talent takes care of content creation - but you’re responsible for taking care of business.

4. You have top tier organisational skills and attention to detail, meaning you’re always on the ball and will be able to manage a hectic (but exciting) schedule.
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 / annum plus uncapped target-based commission.
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Location: Poole office (optional: 1 day work from home per week)
