Job Description ESTATE MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency Location: Brighton, BN1 Salary: £30 - £35k Position: Permanent – Full Time A highly respected professional Property Company are seeking a n Estate Manager for their offices in Brighton. The role focuses on providing property management services to landlords and long leaseholders, including handling financial and contractual management, preparing service charge budgets, conducting property inspections, and managing repairs. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinate with contractors, and manage long-term maintenance plans. Additionally, the role requires maintaining excellent customer care by handling inquiries, fostering strong public relations, and participating in meetings with clients and residents. You will also collaborate with other departments on financial and insurance matters, oversee on-site staff, and actively promote business growth by cross-selling services and supporting new client acquisition. You will attend regular departmental meetings, provide progress reports to the Head of Department, and manage external contractors for maintenance work while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
