We are working with a leading supplier of automated systems and solutions to recruit for their new Project Manager.
In this role you will lead and manage projects ensuring their delivery, this will include:
1. Lead and deliver various projects to customer satisfaction, ensuring on-time and under-budget completion.
2. Documentation & Tracking: Manage documentation such as budgets, schedules, risk registers, and change management.
3. Team Leadership: Guide the project team, mentor resources, and manage coordination across departments (design, electrical, software, etc.).
4. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues, planning resolutions ahead of time.
5. Programme Management: Define milestones, allocate resources, ensure adherence to the plan, and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
6. Project Management: Oversee concept validation, coordinate technical departments, manage build teams, and supervise machine installation and commissioning.
What we are looking for….
1. Experience in capital equipment engineering systems / automation
2. Strong project management skills including ability to manage multiple projects and multi-disciplinary teams
3. Commercial awareness with experience in contracts and budgeting
4. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage work under pressure
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
