Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
* Full production of monthly management accounts.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Stakeholder management including operations.
* Month end close including posting journals, running the systems updates and closing sales, purchase and nominal ledgers.
* Manage and mentor a team of 3 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
* Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place and adhered to.
* Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders as required.
Person Specification:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
* Previous manufacturing experience.
