A well-established organisation based in the West Sussex / Shoreham-By-Sea area is looking to recruit a full-time permanent Accounts Payable Assistant.
Job Description
As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Processing and paying invoices according to terms
* Conducting weekly payment runs
* Managing the purchase ledger inbox
* Matching and verifying invoices to our purchase order system
* Liaising with all teams across the business to ensure that invoices and internal queries are actioned swiftly
* Investigating and resolving any purchase enquiries or disputes with suppliers
* Reconciling supplier statements
The Successful Applicant
* Strong knowledge of purchase ledger
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
* Experience in invoice processing
