An exceptional opportunity for a Senior Product Quality Specialist with key global manufacturing client in the area.
The role reports to the QA Operations Manager and is initially required for a period of six months to cover long term sickness, with a likelihood of an extension, so we are looking to onboard as soon as possible.
At this point, it is also worth adding that this role is with an ever growing business and therefore, there may be additional opportunities within the Quality Team a little further down the line, so a superb opportunity to join a key employer within the area, with the possibility of future career development opportunities becoming available.
Whilst there is some flexibility on the ideal candidate, there is a requirement for the post holder to have solid experience within a heavily regulated environment at senior level, ie. fast moving consumer goods/cosmetics/medical devices or an associated industry, but where the pace is rapid.
A background in QA, perhaps a Process Engineer or even Procurement could apply themselves to this senior role.

Responsibilities will include:
Support and Act on the release process for UK Plant.
Support and track of component quality issues and resolution with relevant vendors.
Liaises with EU Business Quality Team and UK Procurement Team.
Ensure compliance within the role remit to ISO 22716 and ISO 13485.
Support, foster and influence Quality Culture within the UK Plant Quality team and the wider business.
Support the site team adheres to GMP.
Education and additional experience:
Education in science or engineering-based area.
Strong computer literacy with MS systems.
Desirable :
Working knowledge of ISO 22716 and ISO 13485
Green Belt
Excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated with ability to plan and use initiative.
Able to foster strong multi-functional relationships.
Able to respond positively to change.
