Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic individuals interested in becoming teachers to enrol in our exclusive Future Teachers Programme. This programme provides tools and resources to upskill and offers insight into teaching while working as a Teaching Assistant. We serve many schools across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath, and North East Somerset, offering various roles to suit you.

Becoming a teacher is highly rewarding but also demanding. Our Future Teachers Programme is designed to give you an insight into a teaching career before committing to teacher training, helping reduce dropout rates by equipping you with essential knowledge for your future.
As a FUTURE TEACHER, you'll work as a Teaching Assistant with access to courses, information, and resources to progress professionally. Many schools also offer additional support and involvement in the classroom.
Available Teaching Assistant roles include, but are not limited to:
* 1:1 roles with SEN pupils – Supporting pupils with additional needs, including social, emotional, behavioural issues, or special needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD)
* General Teaching Assistant – Assisting the class teacher to deliver diverse educational experiences
* Intervention Opportunities – Leading small or individual sessions outside the classroom to enhance learning
* Pastoral care – Supporting pupils' social and emotional development and reporting concerns

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding children and will conduct safeguarding checks according to DfE guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’, which may include an online search. We provide free child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undergo or have completed a DBS check, with full assistance provided.
