The role holder will responsible for building a pipeline of opportunities and developing relationships with Key Intermediaries and Direct clients and securing new business in the dental corporate sector. The role holder will be expected to build strong relationships with the intermediary market and support the development of Bupas corporate proposition through understanding customer requirements and influencing the development of commercially viable product solutions. How youll help us make health happen: • Deliver acquisition targets, building customer and corporate engagement and loyalty through a thorough understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform proactive delivery and execution of sales and relationship development dialogues • Develops a clear and commercially focussed sales value pipeline focussing on growth in line with our strategy to deliver AOP and ensure profitable partnership relationships for UK Insurance • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance adheres to Bupas Corporate and UK policies, and to internal operating procedures, ensuring that risk is managed in line within Bupas UKs risk appetite. This includes considering the needs of vulnerable customers, and putting in place appropriate processes to meet their needs • To ensure that all sales systems, plans and customer records are maintained and kept up to date • Drive a culture of continuous improvement that constantly seeks to improve customer outcomes, eliminate waste and increase efficiency and productivity. • Work with the Products and Propositions and Marketing teams to ensure an effective and compliant approach to promotions of products including effective campaigns to promote product lines to deliver our strategy and objectives Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: • Proven experience of building and maintaining strong, long lasting strategic relationships • Successful track record of increasing revenue, profits and growth within a regulated environment • Strong determined communicator and negotiator with experience of corporate level/board level selling, persuasion and negotiation. • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets • Track record of ‘treating customers fairly and delivering compliant sales within a regulatory environment is key • Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence. • Effective time management skills and a clear ability to meet strict deadlines. • Acts ethically and honestly in all dealing with customers and colleagues building compliance, authenticity and trust.
