Employee Relations Specialist
Glasgow
Salary £45,000 - £57,000
Elevation Recruitment – HR Division are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join a bold and dynamic company, working within a professional services environment which is commercial, fast paced as well as friendly and honest.
The role can be based in Glasgow with hybrid working (50% homeworking) with travel to other sites when required.

This role is extremely varied, with no day the same and the Employee Relations Specialist will get involved in:
* Leading on disciplinary, grievance and appeal cases, as well as advising on complex sickness and disability cases, underperformance and hearings / appeals
* Provide a high level of expertise and support to key stakeholders, as well as coaching teams on best practice to ensure it is consistently applied across the business
* Working on redundancy and restructuring cases, using effective reporting and offering recommendations
The ideal candidate will have:
* Deep technical employment policy and employee relations knowledge
* Collaborative and proactive approach, with excellent communication skills
* The ability to coach and mentor managers and stakeholders, challenging where necessary
* Excellent People Management skills, driving improvements in performance
